Regular First Refund System

(1) Refunds under the full money-back guarantee will be limited to one time per household for applications for a regular course.

Applications for different courses are limited to one time only.

*If the same product is purchased by a family member or person living in the same address, the product will only be sold once per person, regardless of the name of the purchaser.
*We will only accept return requests received from the original purchaser.
*Items for which we do not have a sales record (online auctions or private transactions) are not eligible for return and cannot be returned.
*If you use deferred payment, we will accept the return procedure after you have paid for the product. We cannot accept returns before you have paid for the product.
*However, if a single delivery of your 3-month subscription contains three of the same product, we will accept the return of all three items.


(2) The return period is within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the sales contract (= order date). Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

(3) If you purchase two or more sets on the same day, only one of the sets can be returned. In addition, if you purchase one-time items that are not part of a regular course, you will not be eligible for the full refund guarantee. Please be careful.

(4) When returning an item, please contact us by phone in advance. If you do not contact us by phone, the item will not be accepted for return.

(5) If you do not have the product container you used, the full refund guarantee will not be available. For portable sets, please return the complete set including the container and outer box. If all containers and outer boxes are not included, the product will not be eligible for return. For other products, please return only the container. If the container is not included, the product will not be eligible for return.

(6) When returning a product, please make sure to use a method that allows for tracking of the product.
Please be sure to write your registered name, address, and phone number on the shipping slip. If we are unable to confirm receipt of the returned item, we will not be able to refund the full amount.

(7) Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

(8) Any bank transfer fees incurred in the case of a refund will be borne by the customer.
(※The bank transfer fee you are responsible for will be the difference between the refund amount and the product price.)

Regarding the bank details for the refund, please make sure to write the name of the transfer recipient in katakana and provide us with the correct details after checking the details.
If a remittance is returned or retransferred due to incomplete bank information provided by the customer, the customer will also be responsible for any fees incurred.

*If you return an order made at a special price during a campaign, the refund calculation method may not be as described above.
*The full refund guarantee service may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Regular Cancellation

You can cancel at any time according to your convenience.
If you wish to cancel, please contact the call center at least 10 days before your next delivery date.
If you do not notify us of your cancellation 10 days in advance, the product will be delivered automatically.

Even if you cancel your initial subscription purchase, there will be no cancellation fee or penalty.
In addition, no cancellation fees ror penalties will be incurred even if you cancel after the second time.
