Postage

Standard shipping costs are 550 yen (tax included, flat rate nationwide).

*Some campaign items are excluded.
*If you purchase HIK SERUM, HIK CREAM, TOTAL CARE SET, or BASIC SET on a regular basis, shipping is free for the first and all subsequent orders.
*If you purchase HIK MIST on a regular basis, shipping is free for the first purchase only. From the second purchase onwards, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included, nationwide).
*If you purchase HIK SERUM, BASIC SET, HIK MIST, HIK CREAM, or TOTAL CARE SET as regular products, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included, flat rate nationwide).

Normally, your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 days after receipt of your order.
Please use the following as a guide.

Kyushu: 2 to 3 days
Honshu and Shikoku: 3 to 6 days
Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 5 to 7 days

*For WEB members, we will send you a “Shipping Notification” email with the inquiry number for the ordered item at the time of shipment. You can also check the delivery status of your ordered items on the Japan Post website.

*If you are not at home when the package is delivered, please check the delivery slip and contact the delivery company to let them know the date you would like it redelivered. If you have any questions, please contact the toll-free number below.

Product Returns and Exchanges

When you receive the product, please check the contents of the product immediately.
We only accept returns and exchanges for “unopened and unused products” and “within 10 days of receiving the product.” Please contact us at the toll-free number below.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Please note that we will not accept any returned items for which we have not received a call.
*We offer a 180-day money back guarantee for first-time orders of subscriptions only.

*Please note that we cannot accept partial returns of set products due to their special price.
*We will only accept inquiries from the original purchaser. We cannot respond to items with a purchase history that cannot be confirmed or items that have been transferred.
*Returns and exchanges are limited to purchases made at authorized dealers. Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for purchases made at unauthorized dealers.

If the product is damaged or dirty (return or exchange if the product is defective)
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us at the toll-free number listed below within 10 days of receiving the product. We will replace the item as soon as possible.
